AminoSculpt Directions

 

One of the most appealing things about collagen protein like aminosculpt is how easy it is to use. No fad diets, no drugs, no harmful stimulants, and no pills - just a tablespoon of this great tasting liquid simply taken at bedtime is all that is necessary. Also, collagen is a naturally occurring whole food protein and is completely safe. While typical use is between 5-15 grams (1-3 tablespoons) per day, post surgical doses of up to 100 grams per day (of the patented, time-tested collagen formula AminoSculpt) have been administered to hospital patients, with no side affects.

How to Use AminoSculpt

General Directions: Take 1 tablespoon of AminoSculpt at bedtime with 8 oz. of water on an empty stomach (two, preferably 3 hours after eating). For increased results, 2-3 tablespoons can be taken. Unlike other collagen products, if you eat late – still take AminoSculpt™ as its patented natural enzyme hydrolysis method allows complete and immediate absorption.

For Weight Loss: Follow the previous instructions. Also, more than one tablespoon of AminoSculpt can be taken for increased and quicker results. Along with taking it in the evening, you can also divide your dose and take part of it in the morning (i.e.: 1 or 2 tablespoons at bedtime and 1 tablespoon upon waking).

For Energy: AminoSculpt can be taken upon rising or anytime during the day (preferably between meals) with a full glass of water for increased energy.

For Skin, Hair, Nails and Joints: Follow General Directions on AminoSculpt . More can be taken if desired.

Protein Supplement or To Build Lean Body Mass: Take 1-2 tablespoons of aminosculpt three times a day between meals. Or take before and after your workout. Excellent for Body Building.
